Sign up here to create a BALANCE account. BALANCE provides general information about coping strategies on the Ways of Coping and Coping in Context tabs. Creating an account will allow you to personalize your BALANCE experience by allowing access to the Coping Check-In and the Coping Tracker.
The Coping Check-In is a survey about which coping strategies you usually use. You can complete the check-in as many times as you like while you use BALANCE as a way to monitor whether your use of coping strategies changes.
The Coping Tracker provides suggested activities for each of the coping strategies described in BALANCE. You can adjust and monitor the ways you cope by trying these suggested activities and checking them off in the Coping Tracker each week.
