October is Depression Awareness Month. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), about 8.3% of all U.S. adults have had at least one major depressive episode.

This month, CSTS highlights resources available for providers, researchers, service members, and families to promote mental health and increase awareness surrounding depression. CSTS is committed to furthering research and education on depression year-round.
