Miranda Meyer has been with the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress since July 2022. She graduated with her Masters in Public Administration and International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA in 2018. She currently serves as a Program Manager for several programs including the National Guard Program, Alcohol and Substance Use Recovery Program, and the Adaptive Parenting Program. Her professional background includes leading cultural exchanges in Central America, providing case management support to people living with HIV in Northern California, backstopping counter trafficking programs in Thailand, and managing US based counter-trafficking efforts. Miranda gained experience in conflict resolution by conducting workshops for the Salinas Valley State Prison in addition to working with at-risk youth on non-violent communication. She has also consulted for organizations in Nepal, Ghana, and India on issues of public health, counter trafficking, and international exchange respectively.
