Manisha Khatri Djohi is a Clinical Research Assistant with expertise in nutrition, culinary science, and clinical research. With a Master’s in Nutrition from George Mason University and a background from the Culinary Institute of America, she contributes to cutting-edge research on functional foods and dietary impacts on health outcomes. Currently at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, Manisha manages data collection, participant recruitment, and protocol development for the Tele-Sleep Obstructive Sleep Apnea study. She has extensive research experience, including contributing to published papers such as "Magnesium Intake and Odds of Migraine Occurrence in Pre- and Peri-Menopausal Women Participating in the Study of Women’s Health Across the Nation (SWAN)" and "Dietary magnesium and migraine in adults: A cross-sectional analysis of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2001-2004." Manisha is also a recipient of the prestigious Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship, which supported her academic journey and commitment to excellence in research. Additionally, she has worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and culinary educator, creating educational resources and collaborating on publications in peer-reviewed journals. Her work blends culinary arts with nutrition science, aiming to further advance both fields through research and education.
