Kristin currently serves as the Senior Operations Manager for the Army National Guard Behavioral Health team supported by the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress.

Prior to joining the team at CSTS, Kristin was the Director of Psychological Health for the Missouri Army National Guard. While in this role, she also served as co-chair for the Army National Guard (ARNG) Behavioral Health Working Group, was a member of the ARNG C2P2 credentialing board, and supported the planning and execution of the ARNG Psychological Health Program's annual Behavioral Health Training Event. Her previous clinical experience includes work with Veterans, persons experiencing homelessness, individuals with severe mental illness, and domestic violence offenders. She received her BA in Women's Studies from Knox College and her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
