Kathleen (Kelli) Huber joins CSTS from National Resilience, Inc. where she acted as a project manager for multiple government/commercial vaccine and biologics production programs. She received her masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kentucky and has experience in neuropharmacology and neuroimmunology research in Ethanol Substance Abuse and Traumatic Brain Injury.
