Kathleen (Kelli) Huber joins CSTS from National Resilience, Inc. where she acted as a project manager for multiple government/commercial vaccine and biologics production programs. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kentucky. She has research experience in psychoneuropharmacology and neuroimmunology of Alcohol Use Models and Traumatic Brain Injury.
