Griffin received her BA in Psychology from American University in Spring 2025, where she completed an honors thesis examining moderators of the Facilitative Interpersonal Skills–patient outcome association. Since graduating, she has worked as a Research Assistant with the Global Women’s Health Research Collective at the University of Pittsburgh, contributing to research on the mental health benefits of collaborative filmmaking as a participatory research method in the contexts of grief, maternal health, and well-being across diverse cultural settings. Her research interests center on psychotherapy process and outcome research, particularly efforts to improve treatment effectiveness across cultural contexts. She plans to pursue a PhD in Clinical Science.
