Claire Brown is joining CSTS from the Fort Hood Resilience Campus where she served as a Mental Performance Expert. In this role, she worked with a team of performance professionals to provide resilience, leadership, and mental skills training to military personnel, family members, and civilians across the installation. Her work focused on enhancing psychological readiness, optimizing performance under pressure, and fostering effective leadership within high-demand operational environments. Claire also developed and delivered a comprehensive resilience curriculum for military families. This training aimed to support spouse readiness and well-being, a topic important to her as a military spouse. Claire holds a Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
