Ashley is a Research Coordinator at the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress (CSTS). She graduated from Randolph-Macon College (R-MC) in June 2018 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Biology. During her time at R-MC, Ashley spent 1.5 years conducting research examining the relationship between exercise frequency and quality of life in severely combat-wounded veterans through a series of self-assessment measures addressing posttraumatic stress disorder, major depressive disorder, and suicidality. Ashley hopes to utilize her time with CSTS to develop and refine her research skills in preparation for graduate school. Ashley hopes to obtain a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
