Susan is the Senior Finance Program Manager for the Army STARRS program. She has worked for the Henry M. Jackson Foundation in the Accounting and Congressionally Funded Programs divisions for the past ten years, four of those within the headquarters office, and six as the Finance Manager of an HIV clinical trial in South Africa.
